Time and place of beginning of the adventure: 8 a.m., Cantocochino.
Duration: 2 days.
Distance: Minimun of 23 km. To be determined depending on the conditions and preferences of the group.

Each participant must bring their own water. IMPORTANT: the route is long and does not have just water points to recharge.
Each participant must bring their own food.
Each participant must come with suitable clothes for the activity (comfortable clothing, sports shoes, cap in hot weather, sun protection, etc).
Each participant must bring his own sleeping bag and his mat, depending on the conditions and preferences of the group.
